Both are needed by the body but can only come from our diet or supplements.  You want to have an even mix of both O3 and O6.  The problem is that our western diet is super high in O6 and low in O3.  Every one of my clients is on Omega3 supplements.</p>
<p>The latest study has shown that diets high in omega3 will slow the prostate cancer growth.  Omega6 didn&#8217;t have much effect, but Omega3 had a significant effect on slower growth and survival rates. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>        By far and absolutely the best way to eat healthy is to plan your week.  Prepare a bunch of meals on sunday or whatever off day you like.  The best tool for this is a grill.  Grill tons of chicken, and cook a bunch of rice in a rice cooker.</p>
<p>Now divvy up all the food into 5 or 10 tupperware containers.  Now you have 10 meals set for the week.  Then just eat breakfast every morning, oatmeal.  And have another tupperware container filled with veggies for each day.  You can pack this every night or morning so the veggies stay fresh.</p>
<p>This will help a ton with your type of food consumption, your calories, and save you tons of money from not eating out.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There was a recent article in Men&#8217;s Journal May 2007 issue about hypnosis for sports performance.  Many people, including Tiger Woods, have tried hypnosis to get an edge<br />
in competition.  Does it work, I don&#8217;t know.  But I do know this:  all<br />
sports and most of life is 90% mental.  I you think something sucks,<br />
then it does. It you think something is going to be tough, then it will<br />
be.  Think yourself through your competitions, games, or problems.<br />
Think that it is easy.  See yourself doing it easily.Your mental game will get you way further than your physical game ever<br />
will.  Get your head straight and you will see success.  To take it even<br />
further, speak nothing but positive and success.  Think it first then<br />
speak it into existence.  &#8220;I&#8217;m a winner&#8221;  &#8220;I can do this&#8221;  &#8221; I will not<br />
be beat&#8221;  &#8220;I&#8217;m a champion&#8221;</p>
<p>Here my chalenge to you, try to think nothing but positive thoughts for<br />
a day.  Anytime anything negative comes into your head, speak your way<br />
out of it.  If you can get a day down, go for a week, then a month, then<br />
you will have created the best habit you can ever get stuck with,<br />
positive mental attitude.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes the incidence of breast cancer has fallen in the last few years and particularly in 2003, where the decline was 7%.  How did breast cancer go down in 2003?  Well, at this point, there is no conclusive evidence but different theories and speculations.</p>
<p>The biggest one being hormone replacement therapy(HRT). 2003 was the year a study revealed an increased risk in heart disease and breast cancer from HRT which resulted and a huge decline in usage.  It appears this may line up but there are other factors like fewer women getting mammograms, and more women taking calcium supplements.  Only the years to come will tell if HRT has a play in breast cancer.</p>
<p>My guess would be yes but it may not cause the cancer but instead intensify it.  For example, a cancerous tissue that may be undetectable will grow very quickly because of the hormones and then become detectable.  So it didnt cause the actual cancer but magnified it.  Either way I would be very careful with treatments like that.  Same thing goes for men taking human growth hormone(HGH)</p>
