Best way to lose weight……eat healthy
By far and absolutely the best way to eat healthy is to plan your week. Prepare a bunch of meals on sunday or whatever off day you like. The best tool for this is a grill. Grill tons of chicken, and cook a bunch of rice in a rice cooker.
Now divvy up all the food into 5 or 10 tupperware containers. Now you have 10 meals set for the week. Then just eat breakfast every morning, oatmeal. And have another tupperware container filled with veggies for each day. You can pack this every night or morning so the veggies stay fresh.
This will help a ton with your type of food consumption, your calories, and save you tons of money from not eating out.
