Can hypnosis help me perform better

There was a recent article in Men’s Journal May 2007 issue about hypnosis for sports performance.  Many people, including Tiger Woods, have tried hypnosis to get an edge
in competition. Does it work, I don’t know. But I do know this: all
sports and most of life is 90% mental. I you think something sucks,
then it does. It you think something is going to be tough, then it will
be. Think yourself through your competitions, games, or problems.
Think that it is easy. See yourself doing it easily.Your mental game will get you way further than your physical game ever
will. Get your head straight and you will see success. To take it even
further, speak nothing but positive and success. Think it first then
speak it into existence. “I’m a winner” “I can do this” ” I will not
be beat” “I’m a champion”

Here my chalenge to you, try to think nothing but positive thoughts for
a day. Anytime anything negative comes into your head, speak your way
out of it. If you can get a day down, go for a week, then a month, then
you will have created the best habit you can ever get stuck with,
positive mental attitude.
